Well, I do have Paint.net, which I don't really use, but I mostly just use mspaint.
I know it sounds kind of childish, but it is easier to use, and I don't really like using effects from computer programs to make my art look better.
Though I do scan some of my pictures on :3
A low effect program but very good for colouring as it uses layers is Paintshoppro6, I have photoshop but I dun really like it because I think using the preset tools for grass etc is kinda cheating.
Paint Shop Pro 6? I heard of it, but never had the time to check it out...
I know, I'd be looking at someone's art and saying zomg, why isn't my grass like that? Then when I got a paint shop (I don't know which one it is ) I was like what? Lol I'm a bit slow when it comes to stuff like this >.>
